Not to bore you, but you should know the equipment we use to shoot, edit and deliver your wedding video.

Shooting
Every step of the recording and editing process is Digital. It means, unlike cameras used just a few years ago, we lose no picture quality as we transfer video from the camera to the computer, edit the video, and burn it to a DVD. In fact, because we edit after the wedding, as opposed to editing “live” at your event, we can enhance the video by applying slow-motion, color correction, audio filtering, cinematic transitions, and more.

We shoot with 3-chip Sony cameras. 3-chip cameras produce better color and quality than the video cameras offered at consumer retail stores. We use Sony because of the great warm colors and fantastic low-light capabilities.

We almost always shoot on tripods to keep your video steady. When we do shoot off the tripod, it's to get a difficult shot or for a very special angle. We use low-intensity on-camera lights during the reception, but only if needed. Some reception halls are so dark, that no camera can tape properly.

Editing
We edit with the latest version of Adobe Premiere Pro. We have been editing on this company's software for over 10 years, so we know it well. We have 5 video workstations each sporting the Intel processor with hyperthreading technology. In other words, top of the line - powerful.

DVD
Our DVDs are created in Adobe Encore – professional DVD editing software that integrates with our video editing software, Premiere. We have three dedicated DVD workstation that can also print full-color directly onto the disk, eliminating the risk of paper labels coming loose and gumming up your player. We keep a copy of your DVD in a fire-proof safe. If you need another copy, give us a call and we'll get it right out to you
