What goes into the cost of my wedding video?

You are basically paying for the time spent in producing the wedding video. There are two types of time: video taping time and production time. Video taping time is the hours the videographers spend shooting your wedding. Production time includes transferring the video to the computer, trimming the video clips to best tell the story, synching two cameras together, adding music, titles, graphics and special effects all according to your style of video. An editor can easily spend 30 - 40 hours putting the video together. Lastly, but most important, you are paying for the expertise and creativeness of the professional videographer and editor.

Can I make payments?

We have found many clients appreciate our flexible payment plan. We break up your balance into monthly payments and send you a reminder each month with a self-addressed, stamped envelope to make it just a little easier for you.

What is a retainer fee and why do you require it?

This is a fee to retain our services on the date specified in the contract. We agree not to schedule another event to conflict with yours on that date. It also covers initial administrative costs. It is not subject to refund if you cancel our services.

What if I need to postpone or cancel my wedding date?

We hope this doesn't happen to you, but we understand it is possible. Since we book most of our weddings six months to a year in advance, it may be difficult to fill your date if you cancel. But if we can schedule another wedding, we will refund your money minus the retainer fee.

If you postpone 90 days before your wedding date and your new date is open for us, we will transfer all the monies you have paid to your new date.
